Credit the ticket office, got a call at 9 02 this morning from a lady called julie who was very helpful, told me staff worked very late last night, and in early this morning trying to get cards out to fans,. westham ask the fans next time it saves time and money

The greatest shame for me is there will be young kids out there going to their first game or having their first season ticket and they dont have a physical ticket to keep as a memory.
The club do however give out First Game Certificates now, free of charge and posted - which is something.

If you lose your phone you can lock it remotely, buy a replacement and start it up from your lost phone’s back up. New phone will be loaded up & work exactly like the old one.

The Premier League made the decision to move to digital ticketing. At the time the Premier League referenced COVID when they asked clubs to make the switch, although some feel the switch was inevitable.
So that clears that up, now we all need to sign the petition for those that haven't got a smartphone and make it simple as possible with season ticket cards and well done again Hammers United for all their pressure in trying to get this sorted

If someone has a client ref you can add them to your network on manage tickets you can then gift them your ticket. They have to accept it at their end.
